Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Morton B E Stewart A dedicated and innovative leader, Lieutenant Colonel Morton Stewart serves as the Executive Officer of the Maritime Air and Cyber Command, Jamaica Defence Force (JDF), where he acts as the principal assistant to the Brigade Commander and the integrator of the Brigade Staff.
