A JOB WELL DONE!!!

On Tuesday, 7 February 2023, the Jamaica Defence Force and the crew from the French Naval Vessel “La COMBATTANTE” closed out a five-day routine Port Call with a Passing Exercise. The Passing Exercise featured Gunnery, Surface and Basic Interdiction and Boarding Exercises. It was a worthwhile and mutually beneficial visit as the engagements served to strengthen and deepen the JDF’s partnership with the French.During the visit, the French crew members engaged with members of the MACC as they sharpened their skills and drills in areas relating to counter-narcotics operation and maritime security co-operation within the Caribbean basin.
