Battle of Britain Wreath Laying Ceremony

Battle of Britain day is celebrated on the 15th day of September each year to commemorate the great victory won by the Royal Air Force which helped save Britain from invasion in 1940. Many of our very own who had volunteered for service, participated in the Battle. This year’s celebration was marked by a Wreath Laying Ceremony at National Heroes’ Circle, followed by a two-helicopter fly past over the cenotaph. Photos by: Corporal Noelle Wisdom
