Lieutenant Colonel Kerry-Ann A Arthurs Brissett
Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Kerry-Ann Arthurs joined the Support Brigade on 1 January 2021 and assumed duties as the Commanding Officer of the Corps of Military Police on 1 April 2021. She joined the Jamaica Defence Force on 1 February 2007 and successfully completed her Initial Officer Training Course at the Fort Benning Infantry School. She was granted a Commission in the rank of Second Lieutenant on 1 February 2007.
She has previously served as an Assistant Staff Officer in the Maritime, Air and Cyber Command (MACC) and as an Infantry commander in The Jamaica Regiment. She has also served on secondment from the Jamaica Defence Force to the Office of the Prime Minister on assignment to the Office of the National Security Advisor.
Lt Col Arthurs is a graduate of the Officer Candidate School in Fort Benning and the Army Intelligence School in Fort Huachuca, United States.
She holds a Master of Science in Government and a Bachelor of Science in Public Sector Management, International Relations and Political Science, both from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
Her interests include world history and motor sports and she enjoys music of all genres
