The Jamaica Defence Force’s contingent to the Coronation of King Charles III are back on the trot.
In the wee hours of the morning (3 May 2023), the Contingent marched from Waterloo Train Station to Wellington Barracks (approximately two (2) miles).
This area is home to some significant and historic British landmarks, including Big Ben and the British Parliament Building.
The team stopped for three (3) hours at Wellington Barracks before the official march off to Buckingham Palace at 0108hrs (an additional mile).
